We serve authentic Maya tamales handmade by women from the village of Ek Balam, and our cooking classes are led by them as well. Every tamale you buy and every cooking class you book, directly supports the families who prepare them, helping provide stable income for the community.

Tamales

Soft, handmade tamales prepared with nixtamalized corn and wrapped in banana leaves. Each tamal follows traditional Maya techniques and family recipes, offering a delicate, comforting flavor that reflects the heritage of Yucatán.

Esquites with bone marrow

A warm cup of tender corn kernels simmered with epazote, spices, and the power of bone marrow. Deeply flavorful with this unique Yucatecan twist on the classic Mexican street-food favorite.

Champurrado

A thick and comforting hot drink made from cacao, cinnamon, and nixtamalized corn masa. Smooth, aromatic, and naturally sweetened, this traditional beverage has been enjoyed in Maya households for generations.
